How long does the application review take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email update with your status and next steps.
Do I need to provide proof of experience?
References from prior moving companies or supervisors are helpful. New movers without industry experience are still considered for helper roles.
What's the dress code on dispatch?
Plain black work shirt is required. Closed-toe work boots are strongly recommended. Members representing the network on commercial jobs may be issued additional gear.
How is dispatch communicated?
Through SMS and email. A smartphone is required for active member status.
